Belva Robinette

February 27, 1919 — April 15, 2011

ASHLAND - Belva Miller Robinette, 92, of Ashland, died April 15, 2011 in King's Daughters Medical Center.

She was born Feb. 27, 1919, in Boyd County, the daughter of the late Pharrow B. Miller and Bertha V. Jackson Miller.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 69 years, Manus L. Robinette; two sisters, Effie Howell and Carlie Elswick and a brother, Kline Miller.

She and her husband were the former owners and operators of Robinette's Market, 3101 Central Ave., Ashland. She was also a Kentucky colonel.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews.

Miller Funeral Home in Ashland is in charge of arrangements. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park in Ashland.

There is no funeral or visitation.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Community Hospice, 1538 Central Ave., Ashland, KYa��41101.
