November 14, 1937 — February 9, 2017

Carol Sue McCoy Gray, 79, passed away Thursday, Feb. 9, 2017, in Baptist Health - Lexington.
She was the widow of Clarence Gray.
Mrs. Gray was born Nov. 14, 1937, in Jenkins, the daughter of the late Fletcher and Ruby Flannery McCoy.
In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Isabella Marie Arthur; and a sister, Helen Davidson.
She was a retired Medical Records Administrator. Mrs. Gray was a member of First Baptist Church of Richmond, where she was involved with many different ministries. She was active in the Cats of the Red Hats of Richmond and the Bluegrass Red Hats Society of Lexington.
She is survived by one son, Jeff (Tina) Gray of Winchester; two daughters, Jeannie Gray Arthur of Richmond and Lisa Gray (Andy) Rearden of Ashland; four grandchildren, Courtney Layne Rader, Cameron Ross Arthur, Connor Ashton Gray and Shayla Arthur Roberts; one great-granddaughter, Addison Marie Rader; and one nephew, Phillip Davidson, of Sparta, N.C.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2017, at Miller Funeral Home in Ashland with The Rev. Bill Fort officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery in Ashland.
Visitation will be after 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Odham, Roberts & Powell of Richmond is in charge of arrangements.
