Charles Gallaher

Charles William "Charlie" Gallaher, 84, of Ashland, husband of Elinora Rowe Gallaher, died Tuesday morning, July 31, 2012, at his residence following an extended illness.
He was born June 20, 1928, in Ashland, a son of the late James Mason and Ola Alley Gallaher.
Charlie was a retired equipment installer with GTE and a member of Poage Masonic Lodge 235, F&AM.
Also surviving are two sons, Tim Gallaher of Allens Park, Colo., and Terry Gallaher and wife Tina of Catlettsburg; a daughter, Sandy Spears and husband Terry of Ashland; a sister, Maude Gussler of Ashland; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Friends may call from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. today at Preston Family Funeral Home in Ashland.
Funeral services will be private.
