Charles Cecil Holbrook, 73, of Washington Court House, Ohio, died Saturday in Court House Manor Nursing Home.
He was born Sept. 20, 1934, in Elliott County.
His wife, Roxy Rost Holbrook, survives.
The funeral will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Heritage Memorial Church. Burial will be Wednesday in Rose Hill Burial Park.
Friends may call after 4 p.m. Tuesday at the church and from 11 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel at the burial park.
