Deborah Lynn "Debbie" Buckley, 59, of Ashland, died Sunday, Nov. 22, 2009, following an extended illness. She was born July 9, 1950, in Ashland to the late Harold Edgar Sr. and Betty "Charlene" Sorrell Harr.
She worked for Cardinal Management for 28 years and retired as Property Manager of Bruce Apartments. She was a member of Mead Station Church of God and graduated from Fairview High School in 1968.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Harold Edgar Harr Jr. and Paul Edward LeBrun.
Survivors include a daughter, Tiffany Callihan of Ashland; a sister, Angie Tucker and husband Ricky of Keystone Heights, Fla.; two grandchildren, Jackson Sheets and Carter Callihan of Ashland; a niece, Richelle McHugh of Keystone Heights, Fla.; her close friend of 25 years, Glen Kitchen Jr.; and extended Sorrell family who helped care for her throughout her illness.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday by Brother Rob Johnson at Caniff Funeral Home in Westwood. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park in Ashland.
Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.
