George William Scott, 71, of Wurtland, died Monday at his residence.
He was born March 3, 1943, in Ironton, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Ruth Scott.
A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Rose Hill Burial Park in Ashland.
There will be no visitation.
