Gloria Lambert

ASHLAND - Gloria "Tody"a��Lambert, 80, of Ashland, passed on to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, in the company of her dear family, and with the tender kindness of the Kingbrook Lifecare Center in Ashland, on April 1, 2011.

She was born May 29, 1930, in Ashland, the daughter of the late Clyde and Murl Thomas Bradford.

She was a former realtor and served in the Ashland community in many ways, often volunteering as a poll worker during elections and at King's Daughters Medical Center. She was a graduate of Ashland High School, Class of 1948, a member of First Baptist Church and Old Orchard Homemakers Club.

In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, Jessica Ann Lambert.

Survivors include her Husband, L. Aaron Lambert; two daughters, Mindy (Danny)a��Evans of Nortonville, and Cindy Gerrard of Tampa, Fla.; a son, Brad (Sharon)a��Lambert of Raceland; a sister, Barbara Jones of Mt. Pleasant, S.C.; a brother, Bill Bradford of Deland Fla.; six grandchildren, Joshua Gerrard, Amanda Evans, Seth Gerrard, Michael Evans, Ross Evans and Abigail Lambert; two great-grandchildren, Samantha Gerrard and Jacob Gerrard; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday, April 4, 2011, at Miller Funeral Home in Ashland by the Rev. Dale Maddy. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today and from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Monday at the funeral home.
