Goldie Williams Trimble, 94, of Ashland, passed away Tuesday, March 5, 2013, at her residence.
Goldie was born May 5, 1918, in Morgan County, a daughter of the late Taylor and Pearl Fairchild Williams. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Eulous Trimble, in 1971; a son, Clyde Trimble; and a sister, Edna Elam.
Goldie was a homemaker and a member of Moore Street Tabernacle in Ashland.
The funeral will be at noon Friday, March 8, 2013, at Lazear Funeral Home in Ashland by the Rev. Paul Blair. A friend of the family, Ray Smith, will also speak. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park in Ashland.
The family will receive friends after 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to Community Hospice, 1480 Carter Ave., Ashland, KY 41101.
