Paul A. Rice (1926-2010)
Paul A. Rice, 83, of Ashland, died Monday, Feb. 15, 2010, in Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital.
He was born July 7, 1926, in Glenwood, Ky., the son of the late Nollie and Ruth Lester Rice.
He was a retired lumber salesman for Stevens Lumber and a member of Rose Hill Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Loraine Ashley Rice; a daughter, Cheri Trimble; and a son, Randy Rice.
He is survived by a daughter, Pam Rice Hagley, and her husband, Roger, of Ashland, Ky.; three grandchildren, Shellie Trimble Clark, Houston Trimble and Amy Rice; and two great-grandchildren, Joseph Clark and Melanie Clark.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2010, at Miller Funeral Home in Ashland with the Rev. Charles E. Stewart. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park in Ashland.
The family will receive friends after 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
