ASHLAND - Phyllis Alley Blevins of Pleasant Avenue, Ashland, died Saturday, April 30 in King's Daughters Medical Center.
Mrs. Blevins was born Feb. 28, 1933, a daughter of the late Taylor and Rebecca Brown Alley.
She attended Blackburn Avenue Baptist Church.
Mrs. Blevins is survived by her husband, Douglas Blevins; two daughters and their husbands, Amy and Tim Culver of Bardstown and Susan and David Redman of Ashland; four grandchildren, Brittany Persinger, Caleb Persinger, Rachel Redman and Megan Redman; and a brother and his wife, Albert "Hap" and Barbara Alley of Ashland.
A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, May 3 at Rose Hill Burial Park Mausoleum Chapel in Ashland. Officiating will be the Rev. Ron Riley.
Lazear Funeral Home in Ashland is in charge of arrangements.
