Ralph Justice

Ralph Edward Justice, 63, of Ashland, husband of Freda Waugh Justice, died Thursday, January 18th at Kings Daughters Medical Center following a sudden illness. Ralph was born September 16, 1954 in Ashland, KY a son of the late Ray and Easter Morrison Justice. Ralph was also preceded in death by a son, Michael Steven Justice, a sister, Mary Childers, and a brother Ray E. Justice, Jr. He was a concrete finisher and is survived, in addition to his wife, by a son, Paul Justice (Josie) of Russell, KY. 2 brothers, Carl Ray and John Justice. 2 sisters, Nellie Hinkle and Robin Hicks. Funeral services will be Thursday, January 25th, at 1:00 PM at Preston Family Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Rose Hill Burial Park. Visitation is Thursday from 11:00 AM until service time.
