Robert Fraley (1949-2008)
Robert R. "Butch" Fraley, 58, of Ashland, passed away Feb. 4, 2008, in Philadelphia, Pa.
He was born Nov. 26, 1949, in Ashland, the son of Rudolph C. Fraley of Ashland and the late Daisy L. Greene Fraley. He was the husband of Vickie L. Seagraves Fraley, who survives.
He was a steelworker at Kentucky Electric Steel and a member of Westwood Enterprise Baptist Church. He was also a member of BPO Elks Lodge 350 and USW Local 754.
Survivors, in addition to his father and wife, include a son and daughter-in-law, Glenn C. and Angela Fraley of Russell; a daughter and son-in-law, Nikki and Shawn Vance of Catlettsburg; four grandchildren, Jackson Fraley, Kaleb Highley, Bren Vance and Katrina Vance; a sister, Janie L. Taylor of Ashland; brothers-in-law and their wives, Glen and Gail Seagraves of South Point, Ohio, and Leroy and Sharon Seagraves of Ashland; and sisters-in-law and their husbands, Jean and Jim Stevens and Betty and Bob Wilburn, all of Ashland.
The funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Westwood Enterprise Baptist Church byPastor Mike Locklear and Sheldon Wheeler, minister.
Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park in Ashland.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday at Carman Funeral Home in Flatwoods.
Casketbearers will be Lloyd Bailey, Danny Greene, Keith Taylor, Robby Kendricks, Vessie Hughes, Lonnie Steele, Roger Wells and Steve Fraley.
