Ronald Caskey

Ronald David Caskey, 75, of Ashland, passed away on Aug. 23, 2012, in King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. He was born in Morgan County on July 16, 1937, to the late Leslie and Velta Doolin Caskey.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Wanda Sue Caskey. Ronald was an automotive mechanic.

He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Patricia Gallagher Caskey of Ashland; sons, Eric Caskey and Steven (Cailen) Caskey; daughters, Kimberly Dumaine, Christy (Donnie) Brown and Jill (Paul) Weis; other surviving children include Vicki Bailey, Candy Stephens, Sandy Bunn, David Caskey and Debbie Caskey. He is also survived by his brother, William Caskey; and sisters, Shirley Caskey and Janet Dixon; and 19 precious grandchildren.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 27, 2012, in the Chapel at Rose Hill Mausoleum in Ashland with the Rev. Jeff Canfield officiating. Entombment will follow in Rose Hill Burial Park Mausoleum.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue in Ashland.
