Rosalene "Rose" Chaffin Wells of Catlettsburg died Wednesday in Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland.
Her husband, Fred Lee Wells, preceded her in death.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Old Orchard Christian Church in Ashland. Burial will be in Rose Hill Burial Park in Ashland.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Steen Funeral Home-13th Street Chapel in Ashland.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to Old Orchard Christian Church Youth Fund, 3600 Blackburn Ave., Ashland, KYa��41101.
