Terry Mack Patrick, 57, of Louisa and Grayson passed away Thursday, October 25, 2018 at his residence.
He was born December 27, 1960, in Ashland, KY, a son of Mary Branham Patrick of Grayson and the late Mack A. Patrick.
Terry was a member of the Operators Local 181 and enjoyed riding motorcycles.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by two brothers, Arnold Patrick of Ashland, and Walter Patrick of Denver, CO; three sisters, Linda Selvage of Louisa, KY, Elizabeth (Gary) Miller of Grayson, and Emma (Jeffrey) Long. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. Monday, at Steen Funeral Home 13th Street Chapel. Graveside services will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.
